Design your own trainers template
Template sponsorship form: Use our sponsorship form to help when collecting money for your other Trainers for Trainers activities. You could hold a teacher relay race, sponsored silence or sponsored sprint. Whatever you decide to do to help raise even more money, give each student a sponsor form to help them collect from friends and family.
